CNC MACHINING CENTRES
The plant has three SCM CNC machines.
CNC processing allows fast, precise and highly repeatable production of complex shapes.
CYFLEX NUMERICAL DRILL
A numerically controlled drilling centre, designed for making housings.

- vertical drilling on the board surface
- horizontal drilling on all four sides
- housings using an integrated saw along the “X” axis
- standard vertical milling
HOLZHER FORMAT SAW
A fully automated centre for cutting boards and plywoods.

DRILL AND DOWEL MACHINE
A matrix drills holes for dowels, feeds and drives dowels. It guarantees high performance, quality and precision of drilling and doweling.
OPTIMISER
It is designed for very fast, but above all, precise traverse cutting and cutting of slats from the length. A modern device that increases production capacity, reduces costs and improves occupational safety.
TRADITION AT A NEW PLANT
Certain cuts require the precision and experience of the worker. Therefore, some slats are processed on traditional circular saws and planers.
